Promotion Start/Close Date: The Promotion starts at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday 8^th September 2026, and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 15^th September 2026. (Competition Period). No entries will be accepted after this time.

Promotion Partner: The Sydney Roosters will promote this Promotion through their official email marketing channels only. All entries must be submitted via the Promoter's website. The Sydney Roosters are not the promoter and do not collect, administer or determine entries or winners.

Entry Details

Entry Instructions: To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

•    Complete all required fields in the Entry Form, including but not limited to, full name, mobile number, email address and confirmation that the entrant is aged 18 years or over.

•    Tick the mandatory checkbox confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

•     If you wish to receive marketing communications from Van Heusen, tick the optional marketing consent checkbox. Consent to receive marketing communications is voluntary, may be withdrawn at any time, and is not a condition of entry or winning a prize.

•    Once the Entry Form is fully completed, hit the submit button to submit the Entry Form.

Each valid entry submitted via the Promoter's website during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw.

Entry Restrictions: Entry is open to all Australian residents aged eighteen 18 years or older.

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

Maximum Number of Entries: One (1) entry per person is permitted during the Promotion Period.

Major Prize Draw Details: This is a game of chance, winner is selected by Van Heusen

Winners: One (1) eligible entry will be drawn at random from all valid entries, with each having an equal chance.

Prize Details

Major Prize: There is one (1) Major Prize available to be won during the Promotion Period, comprising:

• Four (4) tickets to the Sydney Roosters Jack Gibson Awards Night, to be held at Noble Dining, Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on the date determined by the Sydney Roosters for the 2026 Jack Gibson Awards Night (currently anticipated to be Wednesday 23rd September 2026, Thursday 1st October 2026 or Wednesday 7th October 2026), valued at $1,000 (incl. GST); and
• Four (4) Van Heusen outfits (one for the winner and up to three (3) guests), to be selected by the Promoter and provided for attendance at the Awards Night, valued at $2,000 (incl. GST).

Total Prize Value: $3,000 AUD (inclusive of GST).

Prize Terms: Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the provider of the prize, including any applicable validity periods, expiry dates or redemption requirements.

The prize is awarded to one (1) winner and is valid for the winner and up to three (3) guests.

The winner and up to three (3) guests will each be provided with one (1) Van Heusen outfit to keep for attendance at the Sydney Roosters Jack Gibson Awards Night. Outfit selection is subject to product availability, style, colour and size availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value where necessary. The Van Heusen outfits are provided by the Promoter as part of the prize at no cost to the winner or their guests.

The winner and their guests may be required to attend a fitting at a time and location nominated by the Promoter before the Sydney Roosters Jack Gibson Awards Night. Outfits will be selected based on the fitting, and no alterations will be provided by the Promoter. The Promoter will advise the winner of the fitting arrangements following acceptance of the prize.

The date of the Sydney Roosters Jack Gibson Awards Night is subject to confirmation by the Sydney Roosters. The event is currently anticipated to be held on Wednesday 23rd September 2026, Thursday 1st October 2026 or Wednesday 7th October 2026 at Noble Dining, Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). The Promoter will notify the winner of the confirmed event date as soon as reasonably practicable.

The winner and all guests attending the Sydney Roosters Jack Gibson Awards Night must be aged 18 years or over and must comply with all entry requirements, venue conditions of entry, event rules and any reasonable directions issued by the Promoter, the Sydney Roosters or the venue operator.

Unless expressly stated, the prize does not include travel, accommodation, transfers, meals, parking, insurance or any other ancillary expenses. Any such costs are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

If the Jack Gibson Awards Night is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to vary the prize or make alternative arrangements of equal or greater value.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize, except where required by law.

Notification, Publication, Verification, Delivery

Notification/Publication of Winner: The Winner will be notified on the day of the draw by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

The winner's first initial, surname and State/Territory of residence will be published on the Van Heusen competition winners page at https://www.vanheusen.com.au/vh-roosters-competition from 16th September and will remain published for a minimum of 28 days. Van Heusen will maintain the competition winners page for this purpose.

Verification Requirements:  Entrants and the winner may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be required to provide proof of identity, age and Australian residency to verify their entry (Verification Requirements). Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion.

If an entrant or winner fails to provide the requested verification by the time specified by the Promoter, their entry or prize claim may be deemed invalid. If the winner is unable to provide satisfactory verification, the prize will be forfeited and awarded in accordance with the unclaimed prize draw provisions.

Delivery Date/Prize Claim: The winner must claim the prize by 11:00am AEST Saturday, 19^th September 2026 and satisfy the Verification Requirements.

If the prize is not claimed by the claim deadline, or the winner is determined to be ineligible, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 11:00am AEST on Monday, 21^st September at PVH Brands Australia Pty Limited trading as Van Heusen, Level 8, 388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. One (1) replacement winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The redraw winner will be notified by email within one (1) business day of the redraw. The redraw winner's first initial, surname and State/Territory of residence will be published on the Van Heusen competition winners page within one (1) business day of the redraw and will remain published for a minimum of 28 days.

Tickets, Van Heusen outfits and fitting arrangements will be coordinated directly with the winner and provided in sufficient time before the Sydney Roosters Jack Gibson Awards Night to enable attendance at the event.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect contact details provided by an entrant. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the contact details provided before conducting any unclaimed prize draw.   

Terms and Conditions

1.      Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (including the Schedule). Any bolded/capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given in the Schedule, except where stated otherwise.

2.      The competition will be advertised online through the Van Heusen official competition website page and through the Sydney Roosters official email marketing channels.

Entry

3.      Entry to Promotion is open to Australian residents who meet the Entry Restrictions (if any).

4.      The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. To enter, entrants must comply with the Entry Instruction during the Promotion Period. Any entry must be made personally. No entry made by a third party on behalf of an entrant will be valid.

5.      Entrants in the competition may enter up to the Maximum Entries. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the Entry Instruction. Once submitted, entries will not be capable of alteration or deletion.

6.      Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Online, SMS and other electronic entries are deemed received at the time of receipt into the relevant database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received, or delays in the entries being received due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason.

7.      The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant's individual Internet Service Provider.

8.      The Promoter reserves the right to verify identity as per the Verification Requirements. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

9.      The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity or other defamatory statements. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, who breaches these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process, engages unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive behaviour (including any behaviour calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion), or damages the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter. This includes, but is not limited to, entrants or households using multiple email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses or SIM cards to obtain multiple entries contrary to these Terms and Conditions. Inaudible, illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will also be deemed invalid.

Prizes

10.  The prize(s) is/are specified in the Prize Details, and subject to Prize Terms (including those specified below). Total prize pool is also specified in the Schedule.

11.  Prize value(s) is/are based upon the recommended retail price at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the final prize redemption date.

12.  All costs associated with a prize, which are not expressly included in the Schedule as an element of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

13.  If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to law.

14.  It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all conditions of use of the prize and any other requirements, or terms, imposed by the supplier of the prize.

15.  By entering this competition, winners accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in this prize. The winner is warned that there is a possibility of accidents causing injury, death or property damage in accepting the prize.

Determination and Notification

16.  The Winner will be notified, and their name and State/Territory of residence will be published as per the Schedule. The Promoter and the companies/agencies associated with the Promotion may also publish the name and State/Territory of residence of Winner on their website(s) and in trade publications.

17.  The Prize will be awarded to the individual named in the valid winning entry. In the event of any dispute, the prize will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit the entry.

18.  Should an entrant's contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant's sole responsibility to notify the Promoter.

Claiming Prizes

19.  The prize must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date in accordance with instructions set out in the Schedule. If a prize is not accepted or claimed by that Prize Claim Date, the Promoter reserves the right to distribute the unclaimed prizes in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw details specified in the Schedule, subject to any directions given by relevant authorities. Winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified in accordance with the Schedule.

Other Terms

20.  The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.

21.  The winner agrees to participate, as reasonably required, in media editorial requests relating to the prize, including being interviewed, photographed and filmed.

22.  If requested by the Promoter, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion, including being photographed, interviewed or filmed. The Promoter may use the winner's name, image, likeness and State or Territory of residence for the purpose of promoting this Promotion and announcing the winner without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

23.  The winner may be required to sign any documentation reasonably required by the Promoter to facilitate the administration of the prize.

24.  The Promoter associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

25.  The Promoter is not liable for (including any costs) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, network failures, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

26.  In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to properly proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, computer virus, fraud, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or technical failure, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to direction of the relevant authorities.

27.  The Promoter collects entrants' personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion, verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, awarding the prize and complying with legal obligations. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. The Sydney Roosters are the promotional partner for this Promotion only and do not collect or administer entries submitted via the Promoter's website.

28.  The Promoter may disclose personal information to service providers engaged to assist in administering the Promotion, prize suppliers and relevant regulatory authorities where required by law. Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately and expressly consented to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
