For Australian orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $7.95 applies. This is automatically added in the shopping cart. Delivery times are quoted from when your order leaves our warehouse. Order can take 2-3 business days to dispatch from date of order.
We also offer express delivery service which ships overnight to metro areas from the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We charge a fee of $12 for express shipping on every order, regardless of order value. We do our best to get these orders out as quickly as possible. All express orders in Australia are shipped via StarTrack.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping to New Zealand on all orders of AUD $100 or more. For orders below AUD $100, a shipping rate of AUD $10.00 applies.
We always aim to process your order as quickly as possible, however please allow 2-5 business days for dispatch. Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday, excluding New South Wales public holidays. Australia Post standard delivery times are between 1-2 working days from date of dispatch. Please note, there may be delays during sale events, as we expect a high volume of orders at this time. This could be between 2-10 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched and shipped.
