We're moving to a new warehouse to serve you better in the future. Orders placed between 12th - 19th June, will ship after Friday 20th June. Orders are shipped on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Standard Shipping
vanheusen.com.au offers free standard shipping via Australia Post eParcel on all orders of AUD$100 or more (after discounts have been applied) within Australia. For orders below AUD$100, a shipping rate of AUD$7.95 applies. Delivery times are quoted from when your order leaves our warehouse.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is currently unavailable whilst we are relocate warehouses.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
If no one is present to accept your delivery, the parcel will be dropped at your local post office for collection.
How do I track my order?
When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to track your order's progress. You will also receive an SMS message when your order is out for delivery with the driver.

vanheusen.com.au offers free standard shipping to New Zealand on all orders of AUD$100 or more. For orders below AUD$100, a shipping rate of AUD$10 applies. All orders are shipped via DHL, with final delivery handled by Aramex.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is currently unavailable whilst we are relocate warehouses.
If you buy goods valued over $1000, you will have to pay duty and GST plus the IETF and MPI levy when the goods arrive in New Zealand. This also applies to separate orders purchased within the same week.
