HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders placed will be despatched within 1-10 working days. Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday excluding New South Wales public holidays. StarTrack standard delivery times are between 1-2 working days from date of dispatch. Please refer to the grid below for standard delivery times by Australia Post in your area. Please note these are the number of working days from date of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

To ensure your order reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery.

If no one is present to accept your delivery, Australia Post will leave a note and drop it off at your local post office for collection.

When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the relevant partner carrier's website to track your order's progress.
