Returns

We offer 30 day refund on any regular priced item from date of purchase if the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached). Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

If you are returning an item that included a free gift with the purchase, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition or free item will be charged to your original payment method at the price listed on the website when the free gift was first redeemed.

Online purchases cannot be returned in-store. A completed return form must accompany all claims made. Unfortunately we cannot accept purchases made through our retail stores.

In addition to our change of mind returns policy, any faulty goods will gladly be refunded with proof of purchase in accordance with your rights at law.

How to return an item

Simply log into your account, and open the relevant order number from which you are returning products. Select the products you wish to return and please include information about why you are returning the goods (this helps us improve!). An email will then be sent to you with your Return Request information. Simply print this email and include it in with the goods you are returning. If you are unable to print, please ensure that you write the invoice number down and attach it to the items.

Package up the goods in preparation for them to be returned to us, ensuring they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

Australian customers

Please click this Australia Post link for free returns. Fill out your details and print out the label. Ensure that it is visible on the package and place it in any red Australia Post Box.

New Zealand customers

Call our couriers Mainfreight (92564953) and speak with Rob Tucker OR (92572872) and speak with Andrew Thompson as these are the only numbers to call to arrange for the goods to be collected. You must quote VANHEUSEN.COM.AU when speaking to Mainfreight, so that an addressed consignment can be provided for you at pick up. Mainfreight will collect your return within 2 workings days unless they advise otherwise.

Returns take up to 10 working days to process from the date that the goods are physically received by our warehouse. Refunds take up to 5 working days to register in your credit card or PayPal account.
