Stain Resistant/Water Resistant:

This is achieved by the use of Nano-Technology. In short the YARN is atomized making the YARN produce “NANO Whiskers”. The yarn is then treated with a silicate non toxic finish (This is not a TEFLON related finish). This enables the fabric to act very much like a LOTUS LEAF making water and other liquids bead and roll away. It will also deflect some foods. This makes the fabric environmentally friendly reducing the need for Dry Cleaning. It also does not affect the hand feel of the garment.

Crush Resistant:

This is achieved by utilising a high twist yarn which holds it memory. The yarn is SUPER spun, which is TWISTED 2-3 times more than regular yarns. This enables the fabric to have a memory and thus return to its original finish quickly.

Breathable:

As the Nanotech is not applied to the finished fabric but to the yarn, it enables the fabric to maintain its breathability. Due the “Nano whiskers” water particles are generally not able to pass through the fabric but Air particles are.

Shirts:

Non Iron:

The Non Iron is achieved by a baking process which imparts a memory to the fibre which is of an Ironed state. For the lifetime of the shirt it stays non iron.
